edit: Now that I've slept...I'm looking at this again and am amused at the semblances between my OCs and the people I chose....Vince and The Fugitive lol....
GDI, I blame *Ten-Days-Till-Sunday for making me stay up all night making this. I don't know....it's past 6:30AM right now.
Chose random OCs, gave them voices. Whatever.

Vince: [link] If Hugo had more of a sleazy tone to his voice, and perhaps a bit hoarse from the smoking, then you'd have Vince.
Henri: [link] First of all, that pic's been sitting on my harddrive I don't know why. Second, that's not what's supposed to be in the bubble. Third, yes Lag is voiced by a woman. Henri's so girly, he needs to be voiced by a female yep.
